1. Produk digital
Semua produk yang dijual berbentuk file digital (source code, dokumen, skrip, atau proyek elektronik) sesuai deskripsi pada masing-masing halaman produk. Karena sifatnya digital dan dikirim langsung ke pembeli, produk dianggap sudah diterima begitu file terkirim lewat WhatsApp.
2. Lisensi penggunaan
Setiap produk memiliki ketentuan lisensi sendiri yang tercantum pada bagian Spesifikasi di halaman produk — umumnya berupa Personal & komersial (boleh dipakai untuk usaha/klien) atau Personal & edukasi (untuk belajar, tugas kuliah, atau penggunaan pribadi, bukan untuk dijual ulang). Menjual ulang, mendistribusikan ulang, atau mengklaim source code sebagai karya asli tanpa izin di luar cakupan lisensi yang tertulis tidak diperkenankan.
3. Pembayaran
Pembayaran dilakukan manual lewat QRIS atau transfer bank ke rekening/akun yang kami berikan lewat WhatsApp setelah kamu mengonfirmasi pembelian. File dikirim setelah pembayaran kami verifikasi diterima secara penuh.
4. Kebijakan refund
Karena produk berupa file digital yang langsung bisa diakses/disalin setelah dikirim, pembelian pada dasarnya bersifat final dan tidak dapat dikembalikan begitu file sudah terkirim. Pengecualian berlaku jika terbukti file yang dikirim rusak, tidak lengkap, atau secara jelas tidak sesuai dengan deskripsi di halaman produk — dalam kasus ini kami akan memperbaiki, mengganti, atau mengembalikan dana sesuai kesepakatan.
5. Dukungan dan pembaruan
Dukungan dasar (bantuan setup awal, penjelasan penggunaan) kami berikan lewat WhatsApp mengikuti kewajaran cakupan produk yang dibeli. Produk dijual apa adanya sesuai kondisi saat pembelian — ini bukan model langganan dengan jaminan pembaruan berkelanjutan, kecuali disebutkan lain untuk produk tertentu.
6. Jasa kustom
Untuk jasa kustom (setup server, pembuatan landing page, pengembangan software kustom), scope pekerjaan, tenggat waktu, dan harga akhir disepakati terlebih dahulu lewat diskusi WhatsApp sebelum pekerjaan dimulai. Perubahan scope di luar kesepakatan awal dapat memengaruhi harga dan tenggat waktu.
7. Batasan tanggung jawab
Kami berusaha memastikan setiap produk berfungsi sesuai deskripsi, namun tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung akibat kesalahan konfigurasi, modifikasi kode oleh pembeli, atau penggunaan di luar kompatibilitas yang disebutkan (format, versi software, atau perangkat keras).
8. Perubahan ketentuan
Ketentuan ini dapat diperbarui sewaktu-waktu. Versi terbaru selalu berlaku dan tersedia di halaman ini.

1. Digital products
All products sold are digital files (source code, documents, scripts, or electronics projects) as described on their respective product pages. Because these are digital and delivered directly to the buyer, a product is considered received once the file is sent via WhatsApp.
2. License terms
Each product has its own license terms listed under the Specifications section on its product page — typically either Personal & commercial (usable for business/client work) or Personal & educational (for learning, coursework, or personal use, not for resale). Reselling, redistributing, or claiming the source code as original work beyond what the stated license allows is not permitted.
3. Payment
Payment is made manually via QRIS or bank transfer to the account we provide over WhatsApp after you confirm your purchase. Files are delivered once payment is verified as fully received.
4. Refund policy
Because products are digital files that can be accessed/copied immediately upon delivery, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the file has been sent. An exception applies if the delivered file is proven to be corrupted, incomplete, or clearly does not match the product page description — in which case we will fix, replace, or refund as agreed.
5. Support and updates
Basic support (initial setup help, usage guidance) is provided via WhatsApp within a reasonable scope for the product purchased. Products are sold as-is based on their condition at the time of purchase — this is not a subscription with guaranteed ongoing updates unless stated otherwise for a specific product.
6. Custom services
For custom services (server setup, landing page creation, custom software development), the scope of work, timeline, and final price are agreed upon via WhatsApp discussion before work begins. Scope changes beyond the initial agreement may affect price and timeline.
7. Limitation of liability
We strive to ensure every product works as described, but are not responsible for indirect losses caused by misconfiguration, buyer modifications to the code, or use outside the stated compatibility (format, software version, or hardware).

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version always applies and is available on this page.
